Office is a Nightmare to Work With

The doctor did his job fine but they hustle you to pay before their meetings and give you notice to pay with less than 24-hours. I had a follow up call at 11:30 for my post-op and the call sent me to an automated voice messaging system. The individuals at the front desk were unable to transfer me to Dr. Agha and they were unable to help me. They take your money just fine.

Dr sent a prescription to the pharamacy...Insurance wont pay until the office contacts them for a precertification. I asked his nurse 13 days ago to contact insurance for the precert. On the same day, the insurance faxed a simple form to the Doctors office. The nurse neither called nor filled out the fax form as confirmed by my insurance company. They laziness of the staff will cause me to spend over $400 a month for a single prescription. BCBS will receive a complaint in the morning
