I use to see Dr. Vitali in Randallstown Md. at Chase Brexton. I can’t give him a bad review, he listened and was very warm and willing to listen. I was never rushed or felt uncomfortable with him. As a matter of fact I was looking for him since he left Randallstown. I am happy that I have finally found him. I will be making an appointment on Monday.

The first time i saw Dr. Vitali i had a really good experience. he was warm and kind and understanding. ever since then he has been extremely insensitive, unprofessional, and flippant. His desk faces 180 degrees away from the couch where his patients sit, so he doesn't even look at you when you speak. Once I was in the middle of describing some of my symptoms and I saw him open up a window on his computer and write a personal email. He also very frequently cancels appointments.

Careless doctor, wrote me a prescription for the wrong medication! Only person that caught it was the pharmacist otherwise I would have taken the wrong medication. Whole office is disorganized. Do not go to this doctor.

My wife has seen him 3 times now. Each time he not only rushes her but gives her medicine that makes her worse. She called him today and he had the nerve to yell at her. I have never seen such an unprofessional Dr. There is a reason he has openings. He's horrible.

We have a mentally ill family member who is seeing this doctor right now. She is unstable and refuses treatment. Our family is desperate for answers and exhausted. He wouldn't even get on the phone to listen to what I have to say or offer any suggestions. Her last doctor helped us and we were able to get treatment. She is unstable and violent and we are getting no help, not even from her doctor. I am not asking for any case specific information. I want to get her help. THANKS FOR NOTHING
