As the patient here, I was always very impressed with Dr. Soffer's ability to handle stressful situations and get patients to heal and feel better. Even though I booked my appointment with Dr. Soffer and was told repeatedly that I would see him, it never happened. Most of the time during my very long 2 hour visit, I was in an exam room by myself. At one point I had to go into the hall to get someone to come in. This is a very poorly run practice.

Excellent experience and medical attention. The office girls are always pleasant, and they are very efficient. From check in to check out, the process runs very smoothly. Everything is explained and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Dr Soffer.

It's nice to go some where and they actually remember you! Mirka is always very sweet always reminds me about the parking pass and does her best to fit me in to accommodate my schedule. Anna is very friendly and takes her time. She explains what's going to happen in our sections and what to expect. She was as excited as I was when I started to see results from my spider vein treatment. Erika, though I've only spoken to her on the phone a few times, is also very nice helpfull.

I have dealt with Lori Eduardez and Nairobi. Both are giving great explanations, listen patiently to my questions, answer very professionally AND show empathy, a rare quality nowadays in the medical field.

Staff is superb, friendly and knowledgeable, I love the fact that they call me by name once I step foot in the office. Always make me feel welcome. The doctor has great bedside manners. I would highly recommend Dr. Soffer and his staff to everyone in need of their services.

When I saw Dr Soffer the first was in a Aventura magazine, and I make my husband translate his articles about veins problems because I didn't speak English, than I associate all my leg pain, tiredness, fatigue, cramping, swelling, itching and burning I had to the veins. Than I went for a consultation, they did an ultrasound of my legs that showed I have venous insufficient. I did all my vein procedures with Dr Soffer and my legs and I are really grateful. I'm can enjoy my life now with pain free in my legs. I really appreciate all the great attention and service they provide. Im truly recommend you go to Soffer Health Institute to take care of your legs! A special thanks to the doctor and staff.

Easy to understand and communicate with

Best Doctors and best staff

Dr. Soffer's staff is outstanding, and they gave me excellent care. However, after two lengthy visits involving multiple tests, I came back for my results visit expecting to finally meet with the doctor. Instead I met with a nurse practitioner--who was excellent, but not the physician whose name is all over the building. It seems to me the height of arrogance for a physician not even to meet with a patient for a 10-minute consultation. I received a clean bill of health, but at this point I'd rather find another cardiologist if I ever need cardiac tests again.
