Dr. Arianna Gianakos, DO

Dr G is knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind! She treated me with respect and was empathetic. I had 2 major injuries last year and she helped me medically but emotionally as well. Explained everything and gave me different options. We joke about the 2nd injury and she said if you wanted to continue to see me you didn’t have to do this! I’d never see anyone else and I highly recommend her to anyone with an ankle injury.

Dr. G has it all: clinical excellence, great communication skills and the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever had. Her surgical skills and clinical ability are obvious from the first visit, but she goes far beyond those. She makes everything clear, offers multiple options when possible, presenting pros and cons clearly. Above all, she offers a warm and supportive approach that makes one feel truly cared for. To top it off, the practice is friendly and efficient as well, with excellent follow up & communication. My husband and I are both her patients, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience.

I researched Dr. Gianakos for my second opinion. All that I read online about her steered me to make an appointment with her for my foot consultation. And I certainly was not disappointed… In fact, I was taken with her professionalism- her amazing capability of explaining in full detail what needed to be done, how she was going to do it and what I should expect from my procedure. I truly had a complete understanding of what to expect for my foot surgery, which was a total success! The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with, not once did I have to wait an excessive amount of time to see the doctor, when I had to phone in to ask questions, they were promptly answered… I am happy to say honestly that I was satisfied 100%! Dr. Gianakos is truly a is Rare Find - A very special empathetic physician. Would recommend her without any reservations!

Dr Gianakos was the first person who sat down and took the time to listen to all I had been through. Other surgeons brushed me off but she was patient and got to the bottom of my injury. She performed surgery and I was back to work and living my life without pain and able to do the things I used to again. I trust her and I would send any family member to her. Great surgeon but also great person!!

Dr. Gianakos sat with me explained in detail what needed to be donewith my ankle to correct a previous surgery by another doctor. She listened to my concerns as well. She took her time in my surgery. She made sure l was comfortable after my surgery and all during my post op! She is very caring and is an excellent surgeon. She treated me like she would treat her own family. I have a new ankle and my life back thanks to her!
