This is a huge group- using many times- in house diagnostics (nuclear medicine, echocardiograms etc.) My mother trusted- each years followup diagnostics- which allowed for the continuation of her heart meds. When she died under the "groups"care post heart attack- her records revealed that many of her nuclear tests were incomplete and her final echo (weeks before her death) was deemed - a good echo - no problems. She died with restenosis of her original 2 stents - not diagnosed- the blockages that should have been found. Once she was transferred to GHS- the Heart cath done to diagnose after heart attack was blamed. Real fault was with how treatment proceeded: 1. Due to high creatine levels-angioplasty was delayed. However-She was taken to the lab late on a Friday! 2. One of the group-attempted to "blast through"- finished by sewing shut entry vein. 3. Vas. Surgery to correct. 4. Ventilator, restraints/Propofol/death. BEST practice- rest, recoup., meds adjust.

Dr Chandler had a sleep apnea test done in July 2016 on my mother. He didn't have her sceduled to follow up for over a month. When appt. came she was in Spartanburg Regional Heart Center. She had moved from Greer to Spartanburg. Her new cardiologist, lung dr and the Spartanburg Regional had all sent for her sleep test results. Never received! I had to go personally to get them. She was told today by Dr Sudiki lung specialist that this was the worst sleep test results he had ever seen!
