Dr. Archana Chandra, MD

I had been a patient of Dr Chandra for years, at my last 6 month appointment up on arrival the receptionist presented me with a bill for $431 I questioned the charges and found out it was 3 years ago on old insurance. They refused to treat me or refill prescriptions I walked out and found a new PCP the same day and had prescriptions filled within 1 day

I always get excellent service when I visit Dr Chandra ofc She really care about her patients

Avoid this office. Wants you to come back in evey 3 months regardless of how healthy you are. Also Dr Chandra is more interested in dictating patient's what she thinks they need instead of listening and working with her patients. Nothing more frustrating than a doctor who won’t work with patients.

I used e-telehealth service to contact my Dr. Chandra. The call was easy to use, I had visual contact during the call, and the call was prompt as scheduled. A lot easier than having to drive for an office while I was not feeling well. Of course, sometime direct contact is necessary, such as taking blood pressure, taking blood samples for lab work, etc. Otherwise, the contact by phone/video is an excellent way to communicate. I received a prescription that was directed to my pharmacy promptly. So all in all, I am VERY happy with the service provided by Dr. Chandra and staff at Pri-Med Lewisville.

I was refused medication that I have been dependent on for 12 years. They refused to refill without seeing me every 3 months. My previous doctor would prescribed for a year. It's ridiculous to be seen that often for something I've been doing for years. They just want to get more money from you. I do not recommend.

Very high bad experience and blood test 2 time and 2 day one annual check up. but deduction is high. I honestly say not recommend.

Excellent and very thorough physician. Keeps excellent records of your status, vaccines, tests etc.

When seeking her results from tests: She is very caring and calm when patients freak out as i did she remains calm while calculating a plan giving information about results she waits for my responses and explain all options and she is very funny as well and firm when need be when stating my choices when i am confused.

very very very bad experience, she does not care about patient but only care about money. Her staff was calling for money 4 times ,when we already paid it.But they can not call me for my very very abnormal scan report. If i didn't check back with them after 8 days ,i could have been died. it was very serious report.and she never care to see it or call me. if you are ready to die ,go there.

The office staff is unprofessional, rude and incompetent due to the managers incompetence. They schedule appointments and forget about, you show up and they have no records. Unable to keep accurate appointments and med info. Unable to keep records of the just a few prescriptions and my health. If they cant keep up why am paying for this service? If you have high blood pressure pills and pressure is good the doctor refuse to refill and required to come in every 3 mon to keep the business. Sad

Dr Chandra is a good dr, as with many medical offices - the wait time is long. Dr Chandra's staff needs some coaching to be more customer friendly. Dr Chandra is caring, spends good time, listens well and is good dr overall.

Dr Chandra is such a caring and smart Dr she can always figure out what is wrong with me including when my gall bladder messed up! She takes time and listens to her patients and I believe she really cares about us!! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Dr. Chandra is a good Dr been seeing her over 5yrs. But will start seeing Dr. Matthew Thompson in Denton. The whole office staff here is rude rude. She need a whole new staff

I just called this office to inquire about making an appointment as a new patient. And the receptionist rudely tells me to call my insurance to set their doctor as a PCP, and call back in a few weeks to schedule an appointment, as I tried to respond to request to set up an appointment as a self-pay customer until the PCP is established... she hung up in my face. So rude, she did not try to offer any options to me and literally intentially talked over me, then hung up in my face.

I been going to her for nearly 10 years. She is fantastic dr. She cares about people!!! An she listen!!!
