Dr. Rajkumar and her team demonstrated exceptional
My 2-year-old son faced some health issues, prompting an immediate call to Dr. Aradhana Rajkumar. Without an appointment, she kindly instructed us to come in right away. Despite the short notice, she made time to see us that morning. However, further concerns arose later in the day, leading to another call to Dr. Rajkumar. Once again, she graciously accommodated us, this time in the evening. Dr. Rajkumar and her team demonstrated exceptional patience and dedication during both visits, effectively resolving most of the issues. Recognizing the need for ENT intervention, she promptly arranged for us to see a specialist, even scheduling an appointment for the following morning. I am immensely grateful for Dr. Rajkumar and her proactive team, who went above and beyond to help my child. Their exceptional care and support made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding commitment and assistance. You truly are the best!

Stay away from the doctors like these - doctor doesn't even take enough time to listen to your questions or explain things properly, just hurries you so that she can go visit the next patient. After keeping us waiting for more than 90 mins, she couldn't even allocate 10 mins consulting time, and in those 10 mins, more than half the time she just spent in typing in the prescription.

A minimum of 1 and half hour of waiting period. Be prepared to wait. Though you know you have to wait more than hour, you cannot go late to your appointment. They always overbook. No concern or respect for patients time.

Pros: -She is talented doctor and i trust her diagnosis/judgement. -Explains the background behind the kid's sickness and lists various treatment options and explains why she is going with particular treatment -Very flexible appointments Cons: Flexible appoints means huge wait times. I see they allow some people to cut the line in-front of you which is very bad. Office waiting room is same for sick and well visitors

Dr. Rajkumar is an exceptional, patient and thorough pediatrician. After leaving our pediatrician in CT I was worried about replacing her, but after lots of research and review reading I found Dr. Rajkumar. We live about 20 minutes away from her office but she is worth the drive, when I became pregnant with my second I thought maybe it is time to find someone closer but I just couldn’t and unless we move even further away I wouldn’t, ever. My first child hasn’t needed to much care from the usu

Last 4 years am going to her. She is very good and she too good in making us comfortable. I called her for emergency at 11pm and she called me back in few mins and she prescribed over the counter medicine in the call itself. Really great. I was afraid of flu and she explained the flu symptoms and made me out from fearness.

I have been going to this doctor for 4 years now - love her! One of the very few doctors who genuinely cares for all her little patients. She is available on VM after work hours and usually responds within 30 minutes of your call. She also makes it a point to call back on the patients after her work hours to check on them! Bed-side manner is great - she's a good listener and her medication always works for my boy. The patient wait times have also improved significantly over the past few months.

The doctor is great, but every time there is more than an hour wait even if the appointment has been scheduled for weeks. If you have nothing better to do than wait in a crowded doctors office, this is the place to go

She really needs to stop overbooking. After waiting for over an hour, she rushed with my appointment. She is very knowledgeable , however she tends to ignore some questions in a kind fashion. The staff is friendly, yet very overworked.

Dr.Rajkumar has taken care of my boys for 6 years. She always goes above and beyond. She calls me back to answer my questions even when she is out of the office. Her diagnoses are always spot on and my boys LOVE her. She is genuinely caring. My oldest is severely autistic and non verbal and he trusts her because she is gentle and sweet. She has even called to check up on my boys after they are in. She also spends enough time to really listen to my concerns and to explain what to do to help them.

At first I really enjoyed taking my daughter to Dr. Rajkumar but over the years it's gotten really busy and I feel rushed out of my appointment. I expressed my concerns directly to doctor but she seem to brush matter away in a kind way. I heard a patients mother yelling at doctor that receptionist, red haired receptionist was being hostile towards her and not going to lie the same issue has happen to me too. I also brought up to the doctor but again nothing's resolved.

Doctor does not spend time with patients and just rushed through them. We have started seeing a different doctor and this doctor hasn't released medical records yet despite repeated requests. Completely unprofessional.
