Wow. After reading these reviews I will inform my grandma and help her find a more educated and professional Doctor in our community. This is beyond sad that he serves Eagle Rock.

I saw this doctor for 3 problems in different areas that I had.. he said “don’t worry it’s normal” for all 3 continuously for 2 years.. a few months ago I ended up the emergency room with heart problems.. and started treatment. And I had a surgery for my 2nd problem that he called “normal” and my doctor said it’s been severly spread because of the delay, making the treatment a lot more difficult. Long story short, he made my condition worse by making me believe it was ok to have what I had

My parents have been going to this doctor for few years already and we finally got to change him. He is not a good doctor, and even worse of a human being. He makes you feel like you're nothing because you have medical and all he does is give medicine without rhyme or reason behind the prescriptions. When questioned he gets mad and boastfully says he is the doctor - well, Good for you that you hold a title, but you sure don't have any of the fundamental qualifications of being a doctor.

I knew dr Ara from our residency at UCLA. He was less in the hospital and more outside, chasing skirts, imcluding myself. I met him again, 3 years ago, when I and my brother were caring for our mother who has Alzheimers. He starting hitting on me again, like in college, even thou he's married. After my brother left the room, he winked at me and told me he can forcefully put my mom in a hospice, if I feel she is a burden for me, and if I go out with him like once a week! He shouldn't be a doctor!

A highly political figure among Glendale doctors, showing little regards to pacients health issues. Shallow, hurried, conceited, always flashing an easily readable false, miscevious smile. Recommended wrong medication to a family member that resulted in a stroke. Throwing his PAs upfront to go over sensitive health information with patients, under the false pretense of not being in office, which, at one instance, has proven to be a lie. Doctor from hell for elderly patients, over 80 years old.
