Unreliable
Dr. Ford is a fine doctor, very friendly and listens to all concerns. The only problem is she consistently cancels appointments and reschedules just to cancel them and reschedule all over again. Originally had an appointment to see here mid-July, nurse called on her behalf to reschedule all the way out to early September…. Didn't keep that appointment, nurse called again to reschedule, for the following week. Again, didn't hold appointment, nurse called again to reschedule all the way out to mid-October. Luckily, appointment was for something minor, so I decided not to schedule with her anymore. Currently seeking a doctor switch. I value my time as much as my health, and unfortunately she does not.
