Worth The Wait
I first had to see Dr. Bailey in 2022 for a stress fracture in the Babylon office. I liked her immediately. She was friendly & explained everything that was going on & what still needed to happen. She answered all of my questions. I followed up with her in Mineola - not my favorite office staff. There was a bit of a wait, but I was seen in a timely manner. I then saw her in East Meadow - The closest office to my house AND also the busiest. I have been seen in 10 min & I have been seen in an hour. And it's not even her fault!! The call center at NYU Langone just adds appts to her schedule without asking the dr or her staff if the appt is an actual emergency or if it can wait for another day. I've seen her on a few of these crazy days. Dr. Bailey & her staff work as quickly & as professionally as possible despite her patients screaming at her in the hallway. Clearly, they have never been to a Dr's office before. Dr. Bailey is a fantastic Podiatrist & I will continue to wait for her.

Dr. Bailey is so positive and cheerful it's easy to feel better, even during an illness when she is around. My mom is fortunate to have been seen by her a year and a half ago during a very emotional time when she required a serious operation. We were introduced to Dr. Bailey who was able to make my mom feel safe and cared about. She was patient explaining things to me and my entire family and has been following my mom ever since. My sincerest thanks to you for your help, patience, caring.

This Doctor is so caring. She came into the hospital emergency room when she wasn't even on call because the doctor that was on call refused to come in to see my mother because he didn't accept her insurance. Dr. Bailey arranged for my mother to have immediate surgery. She also stayed with my mother for 2 hours after her surgery to comfort her and answer her questions. I wrote a letter to the hospital and they informed me that Dr. Bailey was also Podiatrist of the year at Winthrop Hospital.

I would give 0 stars if I could! She came in without introducing herself, I showed her my nail and she immediately started removing the nail. I could tell that she was in a great rush because she started giving me instructions speaking very quickly and getting annoyed that I was asking questions! The icing on the cake is that after putting a band aid on my toe she just walked out without saying anything! I didn't know if I was done or not!!Totally unprofessional behavior.
