Dr. Aparna Sharma, MD

If you'd like nothing more than for your child to go visit a doctor that doesn't care whatsoever about your child's wellbeing, then have at it. Dr. Aparna Sharma is completely unprofessional, rude, and would rather argue with her patients rather than actually helping them. She doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. Do yourself and your children a favor and look into other doctors.

My daughter went in because she was experiencing many symptoms of cervical cancer. Bleeding, pain, weight loss, fatigue, unusual odor, all of it. Sharma laughed out out of the room. Gaslighted my daughter out of her symptoms, implied she was making it up, and tried to refer her to a therapist. Horrible experience. My daughter left in tears, scared with no answers. Nightmare experience. Ridiculed my daughter for trying to “self diagnose.” Worst doctor in the region. Will never be going back. This is not the first time we’ve had negative interactions with her. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful. NEVER bring your child here. Do not come here as a woman. Do NOT come here. Horrible everything. Shouldn’t be practicing medicine.

Do not go here! No friendly interaction with your child. She walked in didn’t introduce herself. Acted annoyed we were there. Forced my daughters head down to check her ear. My daughter was recently diagnosed on the spectrum order and there was no compassion. Instead she made a comment about her behavior and the reason she is screaming like that is because she can’t talk. Mind you my daughter had been in a great mood till this lady forced her head down. I will be making calls that’s how bad my experience was. Will never go to his wife again. I felt she was harmful to my child.

Apparently Dr. Sharma does not make enough profit off the insurance companies to be able to provide masks for her patients, I was turned away because we didn’t have a mask and they could not provide us with one,what kind of healthcare professional does that?

1. Expect to wait at least 2 hours after appt time. As a tip, I would get the 1st appt available so you don't have to wait for everyone else to be seen. I heard several people in the waiting complaining about wait times. 2. They didn't spell my name right 3. They charged a co-pay when the medical ID card specifically says $0 Co-Pay. I questioned it and they said that there was probably an update that I didn't yet know about. My insurance later confirmed there should not have been a co-pay

I made an appointment for my son to get shots for school. My appointment was at 1040 am. I arrived at 1020 am. I didn’t get called in until 1145 am just to be told sorry we don’t have any rooms available. However they have been ushering people to be back that came after me. Finally at 1215pm I was called into a room (1 and a half hours after appointment). We sat in the room for 35 min until the doctor came in. They didn’t see anything wrong with this wait time for an appointment to get one shot

We have not had a single referral get successfully processed between Dr. Sharma's office and her specialists. They have to be walked through and micro-managed, and they usually take about 8-12 weeks and 10-25 phone calls before we can actually see the specialists we need to. Do not use this doctor unless your child is 100% healthy and you are confident that you will never need a specialist for them.

I had my sons circumcision with Dr Sharma. She did a wonderful job. She was very on top of letting us know how to care for it and also very professional by having a follow up apt to check on it and make sure it was healing correctly. Another office did not do what she did to make sure our baby was well taken care of. Shes also very loving. Instead of leaving baby on the table while he crys she actually picked him up and comforted him witch our other pediatrician would never do. I like her.

Inattentive. Apathetic. Didn't care about my daughter. Took a year to get even a few referrals through. Doctor is probably good if your child has no health concerns - unfortunately, she's not someone who can follow through on a course of action for your child if they do have health concerns.

Wait time is terrible! Appointment was at 11:45am. Did not get seen until after 1:10pm.
