Dr. Aparche Yang, MD

Dr. Yang is empathetic and understanding about your skin condition! She was very helpful in explaining why I had a growth under my eye. She put in an order for a culture sample and the findings were as she predicted. An ointment was prescribed and after 3-4 weeks the growth disappeared. I would highly recommend her again to other patients needing a skin doctor who knows there stuff and actually listens to you!

Disappointing. Misunderstood appointment time, was 1:45 and I arrived at 1:50. They wanted me 15 min early at 1:30. Was clear they were WAY and behind even if I had been there at 1:30 they would have had me waiting a LONG time, but htis was their excuse. The appointment right before me had arrived on time and was already waiting 45 min past his appt.They could not see me until sometime after 4:30pm but no promises. I had to work at 5pm so I had to cancel and reschedule another 2 1/2 months out. The original appointment had been set for early 2020 but Covid cancelled that, this was scheduled as soon as post Covid appts were available with a 2 1/2 month delay to get that. Net result: Appt now delayed about 20 months.Have seen her before. She is nice enough but staff totally lacking in empathy, scheduling VERY hard, do not rely on support staff at this location for anything critical. 20 Months is plenty of time for something bad to get much worse.
