Thank you!
I was delayed driving from the White Mountains by unexpected traffic that caused me to be later than 15 minutes; even so, Dr B, very kindly, was able to still see me, which I most certainly appreciate.

Excellent neurologist
I've been a patient of Dr Badruddoja for years, and he's easily one of my favorite doctors. He has a great way of explaining things and he's very nice. Probably the best thing, he's kept me seizure free for years!

Caution!!!
I have seen this physician four times and each time I was very disappointed at his manners, lack of respect, and how he spoke down to me. I trid to change to another Neurologist after my second visit but I had to jump through so many hoops that I just said that's okay but seeing him a fourth time I say use caution when choosing this doctor, if you want to see someone who cares about your needs and we'll go out of their way to find out what the root problem is, then choose someone else!!

He should be fired!
Very rude, and uncaring about the patient. Only cares about himself. Acts as if he is above everyone. Doesn't listen when you try and tell him your symptoms. Doesn't tell you about the meds that are available, writes them down, and tells you to research them and let him know what you pick. Wait times are always long, and he is in the room with you for a couple of minutes. Don't recommend him, don't waste your time.

Awful experience
Dr. Badruddoja is the worst doctor we have seen. He has a God complex. He is rude and condescending. He won’t explain anything and is not thorough. I spent all of our visits proving my mom has Alzheimers when he was the one that diagnosed her 6 years ago. He focused on other things and did not listen. He also has a horrible habit of talking about the patient in front of the patient. He hurt my moms feelings - the visits 6 years ago and the visits now. I’m assuming he feels my mom won’t remember he dismisses her- but she does. We wont be back. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I cringe when I hear his name.

Worst Experience With Doctor Ever
After an ER visit because of suspected stroke (and tests showed no evidence) one of my doctors suggested a neurology visit because she thought I may have non-pain atypical migraines presenting numb and tingling right side face, arm, sometime leg. Dr. Badruddoja was dismissive and unhelpful, and critical of my cardiologist (he only talked about my drug plan related to a-fib and my future ablation treatment). He clearly had NO intention of talking about any of my issues, came into the room already having made a decision about my life without even talking to me (he said he knew enough from reviewing my records), he didn't even want to see my careful diary of symptoms as I'm trying to navigate this. He scared me and made me feel awful. I'm looking for a neurologist who cares and wants to listen and help me. It's not 100% certain this off-and-on numbness tingling is a stroke or imminent stroke. It could be associated with migraine events related to A-fib (a known relation) or post-COVID.

Have not had a good experience yet.
I've seen Dr. Badruddoja 4 times. He doesn't listen to my symptoms. Tried to get a medication approved, my insurance denied it because I hadn't tried their list of other meds first. He ordered one they would approve however it took 1 1/2 months to get it due to script not per insurance formulary. I made multiple calls to clinic, insurance company and pharmacy until they finally got it right. Then after 52 days on med, it didn't help I was feeling worse. At last appt with Dr. B let him know what was going on but he didn't want to see the rash and welts it caused. My PCP advised I stop taking it and ask Dr. B to prescribe one of other meds insurance would accept. His staff let me know he ordered the first med again hoping for approval and I could go in and discuss meds in detail. However I live 4-5 hours away and can't afford to make multiple trips. He doesn't do telehealth or phone appts so just wait for insurance decision. I did not feel heard at all.

Seizure and brain tumor
I am a local physician(Internest) here in Tucson for over 38 yrs. Suffered a seizure in the office. Went to ER at TMC. I received excellent care there. DR.Badruddoja, saw me in the hospital, treated the seizure and placed me on oral chemo. Has given excellent and timely care at center for neuro science, River Rd. I am indebted to him, the staff at both TMC and center for neuroscience, including Dr McFarlane(radiation specialist). The specialists took time to explain my condition which unfortunately is terminal. I trust, TMC, the staff,!center for neuroscience, Dr Callahan, neuro surgeon, Dr.!Badruddoja neuro-oncologist and Dr mcFarlane, radiation specialist, they all have my highest recommendation (includes TMC).

A more unprofessional individual I have yet to meet. My initial consultation was in the emergency room after having suffered 3 seizures while sleeping. I unsuccessfully attempted to book my follow-up consultation for over two weeks. Call center finally leveled with me today that he was refusing to accept the follow-up because I reported having a motor vehicle accident 20 months earlier that was being litigated....a fact that he offhandly dismissed as a cause in the emergency room. The man left me in limbo, unable to drive for weeks....never received the promised follow up call from him or his assistant. I may be biased, but why should he be working in concert with Saint Mary's hospital if he is unwilling to even discuss a follow-up plan.....shameful.
