Dr. Anuradha Gonuguntla, MD

This doctor is very cold and uncaring. She should not be in this profession. Avoid at all costs

The first time I went to her in 2021 She was wonderful and caring . I gave her a five star review . My last few visits have been awful . She’s cold and outright rude . I switched to another doctor in that practice because of her attitude .

Unfortunately, she lacks bedside manner, which I can do without; she also does not educate or pay attention to her patients. It's important to have a doctor help identify root causes of concern and provide proper explanations of the drugs being prescribed. She provides inadequate patient care to say the least.

When I went for annual physical checkup, she only asked one question for my routine health and she coded that as regular office visit. Later I realized annual physical is covered under insurance so she added just one more question to bill you for regular office visit. Please ask this when you go next time with her so she knows that you are aware of her trick to increase billing.

I went to Dr. Gonuguntla for help with depression and anxiety, and she did not help at all. She made me feel the worst I’ve ever felt about my mental health.

My PCP was over 30 minutes away, and I wanted to find a practice closer to my home. Commonwealth Primary Care was highly recommended and they had an office 1.5 miles from my house and made an appointment with Dr Anu. I am morbidly obese. I understand that some people can not deal with that. This was the vibe I got from her. She didn’t seem to want to treat me as much as farm me out to specialists. When asking about scalp itch she asked if I washed my hair (yes, 30 minutes before I left for her office). She told me to see a dermatologist and get my hair cut short like people my age. I needed prescriptions for two prescriptions I am regularly on. That never happened. I called for ongoing help with sinus infection and she never returned the call. I am chronically Ill and need a doctor I can have a rapport with…someone I can depend on. I have not found this here.

Dr. Gonuguntla is a very nice doctor and listens/discuss all the problems like a friend and gives useful suggestions which resolves lot of problems. I had suffered sciatica issues past but after going to her and listening her advices improved lot

I went for annual health checkup only to find $500 bill later. She billed for a test that I was not informed about. Upon reaching, they refused having not informed and didnt remove charges. Make sure your visits and tests aren’t properly documented at visits, if you decide to go.

She as a doctor was just OK, could have been better in discussing my problems. However, her staff is awful. I called multiple times to cancel my appointment but my call was not received or answered back, and I ended up paying her charges for nothing. Not going back and do not recommend.
