The wait times to get seen is RIDICULOUS. I understand they go by appointments first, but they also need to call patients in between. PLUS. The ladies in the front desk or LADY (JUDY) is the RUDEST person I have ever met, she doesn’t care for anybody else’s needs(patients wise). They have so many providers, and YET wait time is MORE than an hour.

Office staff has improved, wait time has improved. Dr Wong is a great MD, Mrs. Martinez is caring and great asset to this office. I’m glad they take care of me. I recommend them to everyone I know

If I could give them zero stars would. They act as though they are doing you a favor by seeing you. Horrible bed side manner. The office staff is nice but the PA's are rude.

Wait time is at least 1 hour in the waiting area and at least 30 minutes afterwards. Their appointments are a joke, be prepared to wait and wait. The doctor is too busy to pay attention and overall you walk out of there feeling used.

MY MOM WAS A PT THERE AND EVERY TIME THEY GO ITS A BAD EXPERIENCE THE STAFF AND DR. WONG ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PTS ITS JUST A JOB TO THEM THEY DON'T TAKE PTS CONCERNS OR HEALTH INTO CONSIDERATION.

Extended waiting for scheduled appointment, over an hour and a half, just to start getting vitals. Labs, and results not followed up on. When I mentioned to staff I am not satisfied waiting so long and that seems disrespectful to patients they say well that's just how it is we schedule that way. I am looking for a new doctor.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and I used to be so satisfied with my treatment. They accept walk-ins and used to be open late and on Saturdays. However, I have been seeing the PA's recently and while they are great listeners with a great bedside manner, I haven't been able to get Dr. Wong to run the tests I need to properly treat my condition. He actually REFUSES to run more extensive tests even though I am telling him I do not feel better. I am not happy.
