I would have given a higher rating for Dr. Soegaard but the poor & horrible miscommunication the front office staff they have at his office I couldn't see my self giving anything but a two star. He is an outstanding doctor along with his other practicing doctors that work along with him. They just need to have everyone that is up front working the window and scheduling appointments to be more on a team & communicate better. So patients like me don't have to keep adjusting my schedule.

Front office was a mess not to mention they had Maury on the TV lobby. Took forever to get my first appt. I wanted to deliver at Sierra whom he is affiliated, he did not give an explanation as to why but he made the decision I was going to deliver at Providence. Had a high risk preg and he only does ultrasounds on certain days and times. Horrible! Changed to Dr. Aranda, best decision ever. Don't recomend Soegard whatsoever!

He's been my Dr. for 6 years , he delivered my first child and the c-sec scar is non-visible. He was very compassionate during the loss of my second pregnancy. He put me at ease at it helped with the coping of the situation.

The doctors & nurses are really nice. doctors fall behind and that is understandable. The front desk is a completely different story. Very rude, unhelpful. I was waiting for over an hour to check out with front desk everyone after me check out before me. When I got up to ask front desk how much longer cuz I just wanted to make sure they didn't forget about me. The skinny girl with big teeth & big glasses said I don't know & shut her little Window in my face with me without finishing my question
