Office manager and staff

My wife and I have gone to this doctor for a year. Dr Quigley is a good doctor but seems rushed. His resident is very good. The office manager and receptionists are very uncaring and unprofessional. The office sent our lab work out of network and we were billed for over $300 for urine tests. The office manager refused to talk to us and after returning a second time she finally came out in waiting room and stated” do you expect us to pay the bill” which was there error. She flatly said it was our problem and take it up with the lab. The lab said it was their error but good luck getting them to pay. The office manager threatened to speak about this matter with the doctor so I guess we will not get another appointment!Very bad customer relations and very poor management.

Don’t wast your time!
Dr. Quidgley does not care for his patients. After waiting multiple visits …hours at a time, I changed doctors. He treats patients for chronic pain, yet has them sitting for two hours. Thats a doctor has no regard for anyone but himself.

Greart Doctor
I found Dr. Nevares to be a very good listener and does care about his patients a lot. I've only seen him twice so far but he is much better then the previous Doctor i saw for pain management. She could not have cared less about you as a patient. She was Horrible and only did Video online appointments after the Covid issues. I was kicked to the curb by that Doctor. I almost never got a plan of attack against my pain. I've had chronic pain for 22 years now. Dr. Nevares's first question was that how long had I been in pain and where and how badly. I really like this Doctor.

Don't Confuse Doctor with Staff
Dr. Quidgley is great, the staff (at his old practice) will drive you nuts. But fret not! He's gone into private practice.

Dr Q is amazing. The intake staff not so much. Be prepared to call an attorney and Wavy 10 news. You will be charged for services already paid for and dismissed when they break the contract. I look for a class action suit in the near future. I'm talking with attorney for medical malpractice/breach of contract.

The whole office is horrible with the exception of one of the Nurses There is no answering service. Their portal is totally useless. Never any documentation on any visits. No plan etc. Dr Quigley left me without any medication over the holidays. Almost 11 days I went without meds. I WAS seeing him for almost 2 years. Nothing has been done to alleviate my pain. No suggestions or tests or plan of care Do not go to him with any concerns. The staff NEVER answers their phones either. They set up appointments with other Drs that only take orders from him. So what is the use in seeing another Dr ? Worst experience in my life. Neglect, misdiagnosis and foes not care at all about the welfare of his patients at all!!

I was forgotten and left waiting for over 1 1/2hr. When I saw the Dr he explained what was going to happen and that I needed a psychological eval. Was told he would put it in the system and would give me a copy, didn't do that, was expected to find my own psyc, without any suggestion of who would do that, after weeks of searching I did find one on my own.

He is listens to me when I have a question. He’s easy going and laidback. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve had. Good vibes being in the room with him. Doesn’t have any negativity towards anything you say.

I see Dr. Quigley every 3 months for my unbearable back, leg, and psoriatic arthritis. He takes such good care of me and my 90 year old Mama. I've experienced severe pain for 20 years due to 3 failed spinal fusion surgeries, and I have seen all of them. Sr. Quigley... I thank God my brother Dr. Jake Miller referred you to me and my Mama! God bless you!

I have been greatly helped by the doctors in this office. Dr Quidgley-Nevares met with my family and answered every possible question. He was not rushed and did what he could to help me function in life better, while taking a careful approach. I am so thankful for everyone here. The staff has gone out of their way to help, even after hours.

Terrible! I saw him once and his PA once. I had weight loss surgery between my first and second appointment. The nurse called me 3 days before I was due for my next prescription and told me there was methamphetimines in my drug test! I’m 49 years old! There was NO way!! I read what would cause that to be in my system and it says Heart burn medicines. OK.. I just had surgery on my stomach! Called back, left 2 messages and no one will call me back ! Nothing for Pain ! No help for with drawal

I have had a couple visits so far and yes I may have seen him once but as a pump patient, I don't actually need to see the doctor each time. The first visit he told me he would look into Home Health Care for me and after that I never heard anything more. My next appt. I saw the PA and the Nurse that fills my pump. She told me she submitted me for Home Health and they would be contacting me. A week later and before my next appt. I was having my pump filled at home. He kept his word. Awesome...

Worst doctor ever!!! Says that the patient dismissed the doctor and will no longer see patient . This did not happen. Had witness with me at time we left doctors side. Filled prescription and following doctors instructions. Texted pa because I needed to see records to verify records they have of.me. I was texted back.by pa and.told that I had dismissed doctor. Doctor is.a.not truthfully. I understand there.were other doctors at pain center and.I.still can't.change.doctors?

I wouldn't recommend Dr.Q-N. You can't get into see him if your pain level increases even after being his patient for yrs and never requesting to see him because of an increase in pain. Yet you have to sign a contract stating you will not go to another doctor to get pain medication. So you're stuck suffering in pain until next routine . I had appointments every 3 mos. Usually saw him once a year & saw PA most of the time. The drug testing protocols he uses obviously has serious problems as well.
