Dr. Ocana and his staff have exceeded my expectations. They take their time they listen to what’s really going on and give you options. And the friendliest staff. I highly recommend them.

My health is very good with no major issues. I’ve seen Mallelin 3 times with the initial visit being a “ meet the staff and review expectations from me and them”. The other 2 visits were wellness and follow up. I’ve had no problem with scheduling and when needed changing my appointment. I have found a staff helpful, professional, and very friendly. The nurse practitioner is very informative and an excellent teacher. She wants to be sure you understand and is willing to answer all questions. The office is clean and up-to-date. They send my lab order to a lab very close to where I live saving me a longer drive to their office. I have no trouble obtaining my results from either location.

We have never met! I am sure I would not appreciate the visit. Your staff is working for you, who is a lunatic!

I called this office 1.5 months ago. They said call at the end of April to get your appointment. After waiting 1.5 months. They said no availability. I felt so frustrated. To me is not profesional/ ethic.

I use to see Dr. Mary Montsko according to the staff she exited with no notice so that is how they explained no notification of her gone. I loved the old staff & Michelle, but Dr. OCANA brought in his wife “Gypsy” to manage the office and she was rude to me on more than one occasion. I called and called to get lab results and was told over and over again that they would call me when they had them they were sent out to the lab and they don’t know when they’ll have them. They never did call so I left the office and I am now going to a new doctor. I just really wish they all were more professional, like Tylee was ! I miss my previous Dr. & all staff members it was truly the only time in my life that I looked forward to going to the doctors office and for me that says a lot!

Dr. Antonio Ocana is a very caring, knowledgeable medical professional who really invests his time to provide the best medical recommendation to keep my wife and I healthy My wife Lili and I have trusted Dr. Antonio Ocana for the past 13 years with our health issues. Due to his genuine desire to care about his patients, and the time he invests with his patients, we followed all his medical advise, and here we are healthy and very positive about life due to his genuine desire to help us to achieve excellent health. His office staff are very friendly and treat everyone with courtesy and high level of professionalism. Maricelly, Margarita, Daili, Eliz, Kathy, Gipsy, and of course Dr. Antonio Ocana are part of one of the best medical office in Tampa. We continue to recommend others to visit Dr. Antonio Ocana because we have never had any disappointments, but excellent care and professional advise.

I called and they said they were full.. So I never could get an appointment! The lady on the phone just said.. We are full.. Could you call in a few months?? Hell NO!! If you are not accepting new patients, you better talk straight and be honest! This doctor is not the only doctor in the world! Hello!

I am so happy to have found this doctor and his excellent staff. Before coming to Ocana Medical Center my health was pretty concerning as I have had some concerns with coronary disease as well as hypertension and diabetes.
