Seen for bad toenails with veins blocked in legs.
The best thing about visit was check in and interactions with all staff in office and nurses . Dr was fast moving, non-listening. Uncaring for this whole visit. Did a lot of repeat Diabetic teaching to a 37-year diabetic that probably could teach him more about fast treatments for low blood sugar then he was trying to teach me after first hand dealing with it myself for all these years . Oh, on my last visit I was told “not to cut, bruise, bump,or scratch my legs or feet, and if I did I were to go straight to the ER for emergency care “Well he comes in starts cutting my thick painful nails without any nail pretreatment or soaking to soften them up. It felt as if he was pulling them out by the roots . I yelled and told him so, but he kept going. Then he cut into the side of my great toe to remove a part of a nail with no Anastasia and had the nerve to ask me if it felt better I told him no it hurts He then said I’m sure it feels better now, “but I kept saying “no I only feel PAIN”.

I had a noon appointment. I waited for an hour and 10 min before I ever saw him and then he looked at my foot for a few seconds and said he would be right back. He came back 35 min later and seemed to be in a hurry. He was talking in circles not making any sense and then he very aggressively cut a piece of my toenail off and nicked the skin causing a small cut and bruise. After I left, I had a few more questions about the products he recommended so I tried to call back. No one would answer the phone. Finally got one of the ladies on the phone and asked her the questions. She told me to hold on like she was going to go ask someone and instead she just hung up the phone. I called right back and another lady said she was busy and that Antonio said he would call me back. Three days later I'll let you guess if he ever called me back. I could go on and on about some things he suggested for my foot that other health care professionals don't agree with but they are just opinions, not facts.

Dr. Knowles seemed more interested in talking about expanding his business through social media than helping with the pain in my knees, feet and ankles or the condition of my toenails. Instead of addressing the immediate pain he talked about surgery on another part of my foot. The follow up meeting was no better after having me visit another specialist just to verify something he already knew. Spent two hours discussing non-related items and about 10 minutes on my medical need.

Dr. Knowles was condescending and scolding in our interactions. He was also not upfront with costs associated with the emergency procedure he recommended I receive a few days after my first visit. Months after squaring away all bills, I received an additional bill for follow-up costs. I paid this amount in full upon receiving the bill. The amount was applied to a different account, not accounted for under my name, and I was then turned over to a collection agency without any follow-up.
