First, Dr. Albert is an amazing teaching physician and my children and I learn from him every time we have a visit. On the other-hand, his staff does NOT reflect that. I believe they may take advantage of serving majority of lower-income families and can get a way with half-doing their job to SERVE patients. I Do NOT like writing these kinds of reviews, but his staff needs to be evaluated before he's liable. I am NOT complaining on just ONE incident. First, I had paperwork that was suppose to
