You’re only as good as your support system JACKPOT
So as anyone reading this knows a doctor is really only as good as his/her staff. Dr. Stover is an awesome doctor. Extremely knowledgeable, love the fact that he doesn’t go straight to drugs. He is a great listener, great communicator, all-around awesome Doc. But guys if his staff is terrible, what good is it having a wonderful doctor? I don’t know about you but I have experienced really prickly, nasty, unhappy front desk peps in my life and they can really wreak havoc on a Dr-Patient relationship. Left a great Dr after 20 years-lousy staff. Had a huge health scare. Dr. Stover’s staff went above and beyond to try to help me, listen to me, comfort me, and words cannot express how important that is to a Patient. EVERYONE working in Healthcare will eventually become a PATIENT. SOME of them forget that. My point? He is surrounded by angels. RESPECT them I’m so relieved to know that I’m in the hands of these awesome humans. Just to talk to someone who cares is HUGE!! Thanks Ladies XO

I agree with others reviews, Dr. Stover is wonderful. However, office staff are incompetent, inconsiderate, rude and dismissive. Due to this I will not return. Firing him due to his choice of office staff.

Dr. Stover is absolutely wonderful! I relocated to the NSB area recently, and was so lucky that I chose Dr. Stover to be my new PCP. He is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time with his patients. I was experiencing some issues that are somewhat difficult to discuss, but Dr. Stover made me feel comfortable, and respected during the whole process. Dr. Stover seems to genuinely care for his patients, and is very personable. If I could rate him higher, I would! I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.
