I visited with Dr Starks about 4 months ago because I was having unbearable pain related to my hip bursitis. Previously I had received steroid injections for this issue in another state, which provided very little relief. I moved to Bozeman and my pain became so horrible I could barely climb the stairs or go from sitting to walking forward. Dr Stark did a thorough assessment and after confirming it was definitely bursitis he offered me one last attempt at a steroid injection. Since this was my first treatment with him and my third and final injection, I was skeptical whether it would help much. Wow! What a miracle it has been. I am now pain free in my hip with no sign of the pain returning. It was THE most painful of the injections (super painful) but it has been by far the best results. He knew exactly what to do and just the right spot. There is a chance this will come back and there are other treatments I can try next, but this pain free time has been a gift!
