Great experience with Dr Rimicci
I switch to Dr. Rimicci several years ago. He is thorough, attentive and I have never felt rushed through an appointment. The also have virtual visits that I find very convenient for minor matters that don't require an in-person visit to the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Rimicci for a couple years now. He is excellent. I never feel rushed, he explains all the options available and answers any questions I have. He is genuinley interested in ensuring his patients have a good experience when in their offices. There were some minor glitches with his bloodwork orders getting to LabCorp and he wanted to know more so he could try to address it. Their virtual visits are also very convenient when it's a routine follow-up, not requiring a trip to the office.

He truly cares about his patients, listens thoughtfully, and provides excellent treatments. Also, we have taken our son with a disability and who gets very anxious to him. Dr. Rimicci and his assistant were very kind, gentle, and patient. Don't be intimidated if you get the rude front desk person, Dr. Rimicci is worth it.

Very smart, knows what is going on in the field. Doesn't push 'med dijour' as some do. Listens very well. Will push back if needed, which is always good. Been seeing him as my GP 14 years and my children see him now as grown-ups. Don't let the admin people scare you away. Only reason he's not a 5 is because I'm saving that for the guy who cures cancer or ear infections. High recommend.

This is not about the doctor. It is about someone responsible for scheduling. I made an appointment on the internet through the medical group. The appointment was later confirmed by email. A few hours later, a very rude person called to say that I did not have an appointment and I was not in the system. When I tried to get information on the confusion, she was hostile and aggressive.

After an ER visit, I was instructed to follow up with a PCP. I checked United Healthcare's site and found Dr. Rimicci close by, so I made an appointment on his site. I was called the workday before the appointment and told by Shiela there were no appointments until March and that he did not accept United. The best she could do was fit me in a week later with a practitioner. I tried to explain the heart condition that had me calling, but she got angry, interrupted and put me on hold.

He is the best doctor I have ever had contact with. In the office, he takes time to answer every question thoroughly and explains lab results in detail. I never feel rushed. If I e-mail a question in the morning, he responds by that evening. His recommendations call for common sense solutions and don''t involve a precsciption or procedure to address every problem. He has been my primary care provider for over 10 years.
