I was a late afternoon add-on. Dr Powell saw me within 30 minutes of my call, listened to my story, explained my EKG and physical exam findings clearly and was in no apparent rush to dispatch me! All in all, this was a very pleasant, efficient and informative visit! I highly recommend Dr Powell and the Menlo Medical Clinic.

Zero bedside manner. My dad was dying and days away from hospice and Dr. Powell saw him but didn’t help. We asked for a hospital bed which he told us we would not get. He prescribed a sleep medicine that gave my dad horrible nightmares. We called his answering service on a Saturday to get my dad on hospice and were told a nurse could not come out until Monday. Did Dr. Powell ever call to check on my dad or hospice? Nope. On a side note he forgot about my dad once, locked the office and went home
