Back surgery
Dr Parisi performed a Laminectomy of my L4L5 vertebra removing bone spurs and old arthritis and a synovial cyst growing on my spine . He is a University of Kentucky surgeon and the surgery was done at the Lexington VA hospital. I was at the point of having trouble walking due to the sciatic pain . Dr. Parisi reassured me and explained the risk very clear. I was very uncomfortable about having the procedure. On surgery day Dr Parisi met with me just before the procedure and was very upbeat and made more comfortable. After surgery just as the anesthesia was gone I noticed immediately that my sciatic pain was gone, still felt the sting of the surgical work. I’m two weeks post surgery and I’m amazed as to how much better I’ve gotten. Dr. Parisi and his team have done an amazing job and I feel lucky and blessed that he was my surgeon. Dr.Parisi and his team gets 5 outta 5 stars from the first consult to seeing me off the day I left the hospital.
