it is hard to give a good recommendation when I needed my special needed son looked at and I was called 4 hours before the visit that they didn't take his insurance !! the appointment was made 1 year ago for the following November and it was called off by their office..it was remade for april and then redone again (by them because of virus) and remade for may! it is hard to get the schedule changed so many times when work comes into play..my son doesn't have very many options and this could have been prevented if we were informed a year ago that they didnt accept certain plans..with special needs they already are limited on help for their care as it is..it is very upsetting when you are handled this way but of course for 125.00 plus cost of further test they could still see him!!! we should have been informed way sooner about not accepting him ! I feel like this just isn't the way to handle patients or do business ..my wife wanted to know about the practice as she wanted to go ,well ?

From the start of the consultation 2 the completion of my rhinoplasty surgery everything was so professional ,informative and very clean After rhinoplasty surgery I did not have any swelling no need to take my pain medication because I'm not in pain I feel like I can go to work tomorrow this is just unbelievable I Am So Satisfied and this is not my first cosmetic surgery but I have used other doctors this is by for most the best

Not good. 1st visit, met w/Crystal, who was great, addressed my concerns over some minor mole removal & got Botox, scheduled follow up to actually have the mole(s) removed. 2nd visit w/Dr. Nikko. Was pleasant enough but seemed rushed & distracted almost seemed to suggest I come back (again) to remove the moles, told him that was the purpose of my visit. was there over 2 hours -- actual time to remove the moles - 10 min. 3rd visit, waited 1 hour then was told they needed to reschedule - no thnx

I have been a patient of Dr. Nikkos for a very long time. Dr. Nikko is a very kind Doctor but after seeing amazing staff come and go I was warry. Then I had a very unpleasant encounter with his wife on the elevator that changed my entire prospective of the practice. She was very rude and was talking down on multiple employees while on the phone. I refuse to support anyone who doesn't respect the people who keep their business afloat! Its a new face everytime I walk in there and now I know why.

Horrible doctor and staff! The manager Jaime is so rude! They are not professional! Run while you can! He is not a plastic surgeon he is a dermatologist! DONT GET BOTCHED!!!!

Called to make appointment and Stephanie was extremely rude and incompetent...if she's representative of what this office offers and what they represent, then they're in trouble cause she's very unprofessional.
