Visit for gastrointestinal discomfort, checked by other doctor instead of Dr. Ng since he was busy at that time. But the doctor is good.

Very little time spend with the doctor. Mostly scheduled and not informed then only get to see his assistant who is not even a doctor. I was subscribed some meds and was told to take my life time which I do not trust.

Raphael - excellent GI doctor, domain expert and caring. I have been afforded the highest flexibility in scheduling and care. The same goes for his partners and associates. I highly recommend this doctor.

this is a first class operation. front staff friendliness and efficiency. multiple layers of questioning for thoroughness and efficiency. the PA Pauline was excellent with detailed questions and good eye contact even with having to document everything in the computer. Dr. Anthony Ng was superb, knowing all the details already when he came to meet me. Explained next steps for testing then staff helped with arrangements. Wish other offices could be as good!

I would not recommend Dr. Ng. During my first visit I was seen by his assistant and he came in just for a brief few minutes to walk thru the problem I have. They gave me two prescriptions without providing any consulting as to what I need to do to cure my problem. My problem had not improved after two months because they failed to provide any helpful guidance other than billing my insurance for a significant amount of money as they know I was under high deductible plan. Save your money.

The appointment went well. Staff was nice, office was clean , and Dr. Ng was very knowledgeable and detailed. I could not have asked for a better GI doc!

After they (Dr Ng and Dr Tsynman) did the endoscopy, they failed to explain the results right away. Instead they had a nurse to tell me to take 2 medicines, who could not explain why I should be taking them. I took them for only 2 days because I wasn't sure why I was taking them. When I went there for a follow up visit, I had to wait 45 minutes only to meet a doctor's assistant, not himself, because they told me he was busy with another patient. She told me that endoscopy reveal serious issues..
