HORRIBLE customer service at the Allegheny Ave. location with awful professionalism. Late opening office for 7:30 am appointments, rude, disrespectful staff. Will NEVER go back to this location.

The best gynecologist ever. I seen him for about 5 years and through 3 births. He is absolutely wonderful. Knows what he's doing, is able to answer every question I have without hesitation and is very mildly mannered. A true gentleman. Love him.

He is just the best at his job. I have known dr. Milicia for close to 30 years. He has operated on me, and delivered my son almost 27 years ago. I will never forgot how he sat with me all day long from early afternoon until I delivered that night at 10:30pm. He made sure I was ok and not in too much pain all day.He is so nice and makes you feel so at ease. He loves what he does and it shows. He is just excellent.
