Telehealth
Like others have said, I was ghosted as well. I moved out of the area to another one still served by the same telehealth company. He was supposed to transfer my information and never did. I finally gave up and got an appointment with another provider and she’s appalled at the medications I’m on. Now I’m working with her on better solutions and I’m realizing I was being treated incorrectly for months. I’m not in the medical field, so I refer to my doctors for their expertise in my care. This experience has made me incredibly wary of getting help for anything dealing with my health for fear of dismissal or rudeness. I did not feel empowered to seek out another doctor and I dealt with it far longer than I should have. I’m only just now becoming a healthier version of myself (3 months after my last appointment with him) and realizing so many things were wrong there.

I’ve seen Dr. Mazzarulli for less than a year now, and he has suddenly vanished. Missed our last appointment, after over a week of not returning my calls and messages from the staff, a receptionist finally told me that I should look for another provider because they’ve been getting these complaints from many of his patients and that he is known for going MIA for extended times with no explanation. Avoid if you need reliable care.

Worst doctor
He literally hung up mid session before prescribing any medication refills or setting up a follow up. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

The worst
My experience with this provider was beyond terrible. I came to him for help with panic disorder. He was combative and left me feeling traumatized by our interaction. I have a documented panic disorder which has been treated through psychiatric care for close to twenty years now. The only reason that I was seeking help with a new psychiatrist was that my previous provider’s practice dissolved. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had with any provider ever (psychiatric or otherwise). He shouldn’t be practicing at all. Steer clear! This individual is legitimately so deplorable that I don’t want anyone to ever be subjected to him. Seek help elsewhere!

He is a rude doctor. He didn’t listen to me. He is uninterested. He is cold. He is sarcastic. He had no bedside manner. Very long wait. Please stay away from this doctor. Really dangerous man.
