Neurology Follow-Up

Excellent Exam and Plan of Action
Doctor Marquinez spent a good amount of time with me which is quite unusual these days. Got history and detailed explanation of what's going on, gave very thorough exam, talked it all through, ordered tests, and scheduled follow-up, encouraging me to move it closer if/when I had all the needed tests done.

Left in the lurch
Was prescribed a new medication at my appointment on Friday - doctor never sent it into the pharmacy. Called Tuesday spoke to receptionist - oh, we'll send the Dr a message and they'll get it to the pharmacy asap. Now I'm into the next day, and still nothing.This is the 2nd time this happened with a prescription. Dr also seems a bit aloof.

Great Office
The front office staff was quick and kind and only waited a few minutes before going back. Dr Marquinez was very patient and kind answering all of our questions and concerns. He is a very kind person and helped put my mind more at ease.

Approachable
I prefer doctors that will listen to you, address your concerns and take the time to become familiar with you. Dr. Marquinez did all the above plus performed a through exam. He took the time to review my chart and was aware of medicine recalls since he advised that one of my meds had been recalled. I would definitely strongly recommend him.
