Requested for a copy of my sister’s medical records a week before and was told clerk would call me back but never got the call. Called The following week which is on the 7th day. She didn’t even remember about my request and that she’s so busy. She would work on a subpoena for a medical records then will work on my request. I was pleading with her and she had the nerve to tell me “you can come here and do it yourself”.

I wish I could leave NO stars for likelihood of recommending Dr. Magliulo. I was sick and found out I was negative for influenza and corona virus. But yet he diagnosed me with influenza and in his report said I was improving on my own. But I wasn’t improving on my own. He didn’t even call to ask if I was doing okay to know I was “improving on my own” So I’m not sure how he would’ve documented that information in my chart. He’s insensitive and makes you feel like your symptoms are nothing. And his office staff are unprofessional and rude as well.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Magliulo?
Dr Magliulo was not responsive in evaluating back pain I had for sometime, brushed it off saying it was nothing. Months passed, legs got numb, felt like i was walking on pebbles. I ended up in ER, he scoffed at the ER octors report. I asked if he recalls telling me about a white mass on my spine from a prior chest xray. In panic, an MRI was ordered, a tumor was found in my spinal cord. I fired him, and it took weeks to transfer my records to my new PC, his staff are rude and inefficient
