Office refused to fill out paperwork for upgraded eye injection saying insurance wouldn't pay them what they wanted. I said I would pay the difference but they still would fill out paperwork to insurance company and to the pharmacy. Office is like an assembly line.

I went with my father to Dr Culotta. He diagnosed my father wit wet macular disease and gave him a shot of Avastin. This was on a Friday and it was a long weekend with Mon a holiday. My father got an eye infection with a very red and inflamed eye. Using Avastin comes with risks including loosing your eye and there were lawsuits. We went to the Emergency after the infection as no doctor was available during the weekend including Dr Culotta for an in person consultation. Because I gave Dr Culotta a bad evaluation next time we saw him he was not answering one of my question I had where my father was experiencing floaters after 5 weeks from the injection. He looked very unfriendly and unprofessional. And he did not want to give my father any injection even after I told him that I read on the internet that standard treatment is one year shots.

The staff, as well as Dr. Culotta, we’re professional, friendly and informative during our visit. They explained the procedure very well to my mother in law, who has memory problems, repeating themselves several times. Overall they made getting an injection in her eye as painless as possible.

Dr. Culottes is very nice and answers questions so I understand and is very pleasant. Everyone who assists you in this office are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Great Doctors and Staff!!

Probably one of the best doctor visits I’ve ever had. They got you in on time. Processed quickly. Got you with the doctor immediately. And was out the door in less than a half an hour.

Dr. Culotta was very proficient in what he does. Pleasant, but to the point. He wasted no time. The office staff was amazingly organized and friendly at the same time. It was a "ten" experience for sure. I differently recommend this Dr office. The total experience was very good!
