Dr. Bertin's office went out of their way to schedule me for an appointment as I was in Canton only for a few weeks from overseas. Other providers were disinterested in assisting. Dr. Bertin is very professional and knowledgeable of men's issues. He is an attentive listener and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommended!

I won't see him ever again. I have a disease called Medullary Sponge Kidney, it's chronic pain, I have and pass alot of stones & have lots of infections. He told me he sees lots of patients with MSK which is impossible, its too rare. I was in his office crying in pain, he refused to help me, told me to go to the ER. Or get into PM. But wouldnt give me a referral. My son seen him also, in pain passing a stone, peeing alot of blood, he told him he was fine. He passed a 7mm stone 2 weeks later. ??
