My 95 yr old mom has been his patient for 20+ years . She is usually seen by his wife who is a RN. In April mom was in the hospital twice. He never came by to see or called her. Had to get her insurance to intercede to get an earlier follow up when discharged from his staff.

Staff are unprofessiona, rude! Very bad experience. Simple thing so take days and weeks. They never follow up with you I feel you have any problems. They simply dont care about their patients!

Dr. BERTELLE is the doctor who understands the patients and seeks ways to alleviate their sufferings. Dr. BERTELLE is a custodial angel. He's caring and attentive to the needs of people. He's an excellent doctor who comprehends our physical pain and emotional feelings. He listens and never rushes us out. His watchful attention and loving care calm our fears and help us to get better. God bless Dr BERTELLE and his staff!
