Dr. Aventa is great. I've been seeing him for years and he continues to evolve to whatever care I need today. He is very in-tune with modern medicine and offers recommendations which take advantage of the latest opportunities for patients. I highly recommend him.

A Great Doctor
I have been seeing Dr Aventa for, oh, eight or so years now. Maybe longer (time gets away from me). I actually have several family members who see him and we all love him. It's true, he is straightforward and doesn't mince words, but that's a good thing. He takes his job seriously and if there's a problem, I feel like he's going to catch it. He is also kind, compassionate and thorough. I have a condition that I've had since birth and he is the first doctor I've ever had to really dig into it (tests) and make sure that I'm okay (spoiler: I'm okay). That action alone showed me that if I came to him with a health concern, he would take it seriously. Also, his staff is nice and competent. All around I think he's a great doctor and I feel very lucky to be under his care.

I have been seeing Dr. Aventa for approximately 5 years now. I appreciate that he takes the time to ask, listen and understand what is happening in your personal and work life as part of his overall health evaluation. He helped me discover an underlying heart problem that, over time, led to successful heart surgery so I am grateful that his proactive planning helped mitigate the issue before a encountering a riskier situation.

Dr Aventa has treated me and my wife for the past 12 years. We are both now in our 70s, and have found his attention to detail to be very good. He is straight forward, doesn't mince his words, but is honest and forthcoming. He is a good listener and a compassionate caregiver. He is quick to recommend specialists when he feels a symptom needs closer attention, and genuinely cares about us as individuals. We highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Aventa has been my physician for many years. I was first impressed with his knowledge and ability to express it in laymen's terms. He is thorough, precise, and thoughtful. He is never rushed during my visits, and it is always apparent that he is truly listening to me. In 2006, I was diagnosed with soft palate cancer. This was determined when he noticed something during my annual visit. All of the specialty doctors I saw after that marveled at the fact he had seen this. He is my hero!
