Called Dr. Alvarado after hours as my father is a new dialysis patient with concerns. He was not feeling well and wanted to find out if he can continue using his medicine as prescribed prior to today's surgery. He was very upset that we had called him to what he did not consider an emergency. He was rude and arrogant. Definitely not a doctor you want to leave a loved one with.

Dr. Alvarado is great. Very caring and takes time to listen to my issues and concerns. He never rushes my time with him, thoroughly goes thru my test results with me and explains everything in great detail.
