The waiting area is roomy & clean. The front desk staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The exam room was brightly lit & clean. Dr. Chu was very friendly & explained things in an easy to understand manner. The visit was not rushed as I am accustomed to with most of my medical appointments. Dr. Chu inspired confidence. I am glad I was referred to this practice after a recent foot/ankle injury.

Dr. Chu is knowledgeable and yet not impersonal. He is upfront with his assessments without being condescending or aloof. He was also not above addressing any concerns that I raised pre- and post-op. Definitely recommend.
