Spine and Sport & Center - Campbell is one of the worst care I received: After injections, I was crippled by chronic pain. The follow up Care was non existent. Each appointment patients have different Providers with different diagnosis. My request to have medical records forward to my new Provider was never delivered. The results: Unnecessary repeated tests, misdiagnosis, duplicate Billings. Please do research before you make appointment. GOOD LUCK.

Comprehensive Spine and Sport Center has been a tremendous help to my back pain. The doctors and the office staff are great and very attentive. If you are looking for an alternative to back surgery, I suggest that you try them out first.

When I had already mentally given up Dr.Navani was able to size me up and tell me exactly what I needed to hear, to want to try and get better. Because of her I was willing to give getting better another chance. Now I live with a steady decreased pain level and I feel better mentally and physically and I feel with time and continued therapy I have a chance at getting better. You should AVOID using this center. I was treating with Dr. Navani for a work-related injury to my knee. She sent me to their "work hardening program" which I attended for many weeks. Dr. Haun (the chiropractor who runs the program) kept pushing me to continue, even though I began complaining of swelling and pain in my knee. I did not end up completing the program and was told that I needed to see Dr. Navani. During this visit, Dr. Navani never examined my knee! She said that I had shown improvement during the program, so she was removing all of my work restrictions. I was extremely upset and tried to get her to hear me that my knee felt worse. She wouldn't listen. I ended up asking to be referred to another doctor, who EXAMINED my knee, reinstated the restrictions, and ordered an MRI. The MRI showed a lot of problems. I had surgery two weeks ago (4/2019). Dr. Navani and her team failed me on many levels. Please find another doctor who will acknowledge your concerns.

The front office is unprofessional and rude. Then the doctors are in a rush to get you out of there. Where is the quality? Definitely not here. Typical city clinic setting and never again.

Dr. Navani is a miracle worker. She seems to truly care about her patients, is very knowledgeable & is excellent at making her patients feel heard & their pain validated. She comes up w/ multiple options for treatment planning to ensure it is a realistic path - taking all variables into consideration such as insurance coverage, financial limitations etc. As a long time patient at this organization, I feel the negative reviews do not reflect her or the practice accurately. 10-star review for me!

The front office staff is not professional and will literally use their cell phones when patients are trying to speak to them. I requested an appointment with Dr Navani and was scheduled with someone else. Then Dr Navani happened to be there on the day of my appointment but didn't acknowledge me when I tried to speak to her about my referral to her. I ended up leaving in the middle of the disorganization. Terrible experience this office needs serious help.

Sadly, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Navani. Do not expect someone to answer the phone when you call the office. After leaving multiple voice messages, someone finally called back... one year later, asking for the wrong person. When I did see Dr. Navani, she did a super quick eval. of me, shushing me while I tried to explain my symptoms. Her resulting diagnosis was incorrect and the recommendations made would have caused me serious injury had I followed them.

I was referred to Dr. Murakami who works with Dr. Navani by my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor mentioned Dr. Murakami had treated several of his patients in the past who expressed satisfaction with Dr. Murakami's care. He was right because I am very happy I found such a great doctor who listens to my health needs and explains my treatment plan in depth. Although I am in process of healing, I am so glad to have found Dr. Murakami. I refer her to everyone I know who has ongoing pain.

I had a back injury late last year and began to see Mrs Jaye Andaya and Dr. Navani in Campbell, CA. The providers listen to me as a person and are invested in helping me improve my strength and overall health through physical therapy and lots of follow up care. The front office staff has been very friendly and organized as well. Although my travel time to Campbell can be far, it is well worth it. Thank you Comprehensive Spine and Sports Center.
