I have seen her twice and each time she makes me feel very comfortable. She looks at you. She listens to you and seems very thoughtful about her recommendations. All in all I have nothing negative to say about her and would highly recommend her as I have too many of my own patients

No Way
She was snarky, gaslighting (pretended she couldnt understand me), and I would not recommend going to her unless you desperately needed help. I hate to say this about a woman, as we are supposed to stick together. Further, she changed my course of treatment without telling me, and I had to BEG in multiple ensuing phone calls to just get what I went there for, which was control of my blood pressure.

Dr. Peters didn’t seem to “care” for me as a patient. She lacked the bedside manner that I was hoping a doctor could give me. I barely received a hello when she walked in the door. She didn’t care to take time to answer my questions and my appointment with her felt extremely rushed. It seemed as though she wanted to get in, get out, and move onto the next patient. She barely spent 5 minutes with me. She was quick to prescribe a medication without even knowing what the root cause was. She discredited the symptoms I was feeling and said I should stop “describing them that way” because it was “throwing her off.” Only the patient knows how they are feeling- if they are feeling “pain” as I had called it, I should be allowed to share that with my doctor before having her tell me that this feeling is invalid. I ended up going to another doctor at another facility and received care far more superior. Extremely disappointed with the care I received under Dr. Peters.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Peter?
Following a hospital procedure, Annie Peters was a follow-up office visit. They billed as an extended visit. Prior, a nurse guided me to bring questions. I wanted to ask about diet, discuss post-op heart pain, and medicines. She was inattentive, and anxious to end the visit. She asked how many questions I had, as she had 2 other patients to see. She expressed this 3 times during my 15 minute time with her. And this made me feel insecure. Never got to discuss diet. Never engaged.
