A truly caring doctor
She was very concerned and thorough about my health. She was concerned about how thin I was, my A1c, and whether I was getting all the recommended health screenungs.

Knowledgeable and compassionate doctor
I recently became a patient of Dr. Mack's and was extremely pleased with my initial visit. She listened well, was knowledgeable, and quite personable which I felt was important. Her humanistic and compassionate approach combined with her medical expertise and counsel were exemplary. I felt like I could trust her advice and that she or her colleagues would be available when and if needed. She was very prompt in responding to online inquiries.

Consult about Covid

Personal, Holistic
I have trusted Dr. Mack with my health, my family's health and also the health of patients I refer to her from my Physical Therapy practice. She is very personable and listens. She takes a holistic approach in treatment, looking at problems to their source, not just throwing remedies to cover up symptoms. She has a great resource base and knows just when and where to refer you to the right person, if needed. It's not easy to find someone like Dr. Mack.

I have seen Dr Mack for two health issues I have had this year 2022. She listened to me describe my problem and asked multiple questions to rule out possibilities. In dealing with the latest problem, a lingering cough, she nailed the cause of the problem and prescribed a treatment that worked. I think she is personable and very competent.

Dr. Mack is great! She’s the doctor for my two kids and she makes them feel really at ease and they actually enjoy the visits. She has always given us excellent care, very approachable and professional.

I started seeing Dr Mack after seeing a different Dr who left me feeling totally ignored and uncared for. Dr Mack has been absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns, addresses what's going on and makes sure I understand what is going on, why and how we are going to take care of it. I am so glad I found Dr. Mack. She is an excellent Dr.

I love Dr Mack! She's so compassionate, and empathetic. Her bedside manner is superb. I always feel comfortable addressing my concerns with her, and I feel that she's definitely the best Dr I've ever had. :)

I have been seeing Dr Mack for about 6 years now and find her to be one of the best doctors I have worked with. Dr. Mack actually listens and takes my all of concerns into consideration when discussing treatments. Dr. Mack is rarely late and the staff in her office are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Mack was abrupt, rude and lacked empathy. She treated me with indecency and honestly, she humiliated me. I regret not reporting her to the medical director.
