I left a review on November 23rd regarding a last minute cancellation by Dr. Hebou's office. After contacting MetroHealth, I received an immediate and helpful response from the COO. My frustrations were acknowledged and MetroHealth was very accommodating in order to resolve the previous issue. I still have not had any interactions with Dr. Hebou's office directly, but MetroHealth has been great in addressing the issue.

I've been visiting Dr. Hebou since 2010. The office recently had a renovation as is very nice. She is such a wonderful doctor, there is nothing else that matters when you are in the room with her. I can request refills online and also see my test results. The front desk is good at getting me in quickly for sick visits. Would highly recommend her.

I waited over an hour to see Dr. Hebou, 30 min of which was as I was on the table in a room already! After I saw her, I had little confidence in the explanation she gave me for my test results, and have since sought second opinions from other doctors that were much better. And the staff NEVER answers the phone. EVER.
