Dr Borger explains everything in detail to her patients. Betty her receptionist is also very caring. Highly recommend her to everyone

Dr. Borger was our family doctor for years prior to our family moving to another state in 2019. We have recently moved back and specifically looked for Dr. Borger when choosing our primary care physician. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She actually listens to your concerns and does everything she can to ensure that your questions are answered. The team she has created at West End Medical is phenomenal. Betty, Nora and Dr. Borger work so well together and it definitely shows. They all have such caring personalities and you are treated like family there. We are so grateful for the care that they continously provide. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining a very efficient office, then Dr. Borger is someone you should consider visiting!

Dr. Borger is quite frankly the best physician I have ever had in my lifetime. As a black male, it is important my physician understands the differential needs of men of my ethnicity. She is extremely knowledgeable about the black culture, particularly, black men. She is very comfortable talking to me about my medical needs as a black male, and very knowledgeable about my culture, which put me at ease, immediately. She is thorough and comprehensive in her approach when addressing my medical concerns. She takes time to explain my medications, potential side effects, etc. I have never had an appointment that was less than 45 minutes; which is atypical compared to the other physicians I had—at best, they engaged me 15 minutes every 6 months. When Dr. Borger left LVPN, I scrabbled to find her; and to my chagrin, she was closer to me than she was before she left the LVPN practice. I am excited to have Dr. Borger continue overseeing my health care needs. She is just absolutely amazing!

I requested a refill of prescription on file and waited 3 days. After that time, and no indication refill was completed, I sent another request by phone and email. On the fourth day of waiting and refill still not completed or even started! I cancelled future appointments and decided another physician was in order.

Dr.Borger has found her true calling in life.what an excellent Dr. We are in great hands having her in our community.

I truly love Dr.Borger she is never in a hurry. And these days most doctors just want to get in and out of appointments. She cares about trying to help her patience. I’ve worked in the medical field for many years and I do know the importance of picking a great doctor.

Dr A Borger is a very good Doctor. She listerns to your concerns and digs deeper to try to figure out what's going on. When she 1st took over for Dr. Burke, it was hard to get appointments. It seems easier to get appointments. We missed Burke,and mourned a bit,but now we are happy with Borger. She is not afraid to order tests to dig deeper. Ask if you feel you want something. I trust her, and I am very sickly.
