If zero was an option, I'd leave that. Since opening her own practice getting a return call from the office is unlikely even if your questions are in regards to hospital visits. I've no idea what changed her from one of the best doctors we've ever seen to probably the worst, but here we are. Don't go there. You could call three times and never get a response or a call back.

She WAS a 5 star, my wife and I loved her. She always made us feel welcomed and like we had the power to decide what was best for OUR kid. This last time she was rude pushy and she forced my wife to give our son 6 vaccines, she wouldn't listen to my wife try and discuss our options in delaying vaccination like we had previously talk with her about many times. She was the doctor every educated parent fears. we are never go to see her again. Find another doctor because she has changed dramatically
