Horrible Service (I would give a zero if I could)
First….a significant amount of the paperwork that you must agree to at the start of care was devoted to how valuable the Dr’s time was and that they never double book appointments. Which they promptly did exactly that. I arrived 30 mins early to complete the paperwork…..I had an appointment at 2:00 and they made me wait until 2:45 for another patient. When I expressed my dissatisfaction….the Dr told me to tell the other patient. Actually…that is not my job. Second…the Dr did not ask relevant questions and seemed eager to get me out of there. She did not even keep me for the full hour that I paid for. I do not recommend this Dr at all. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent psychiatrist
Telehealth
She really listens to you and how you're doing at every appointment. She doesn't just throw a bunch of medications at you like some psychiatrists do and tell you to have a nice day. She makes sure that they're effectively working for you, and if not, she works to find something that will. It took 9 months to find a treatment plan that works for me, but I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend her.

I've been a patient for nearly a decade and while there were some times that contact and scheduling were difficult, it has improved greatly in the last 2 years. I'm thankful that she takes the time to listen to me and never rushes me.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She is very mean, hateful and will do nothing to help you. Avoid this monster at all cost!!

Misdiagnosed me with ADHD after a 30 second survey. Impossible to get a hold of office. She treated me as an inconvience when I would request medication refills and would make me wait till appointments to do so leaving me without medication with horrible withdrawal as a punishment for inconveniencing her. Have to wait atleast 45 mins for each appointment which was never even acknowledged. Rude and unprofessional.

I have been to Dr. Tyson a couple of years ago. I really enjoyed using her services. However this last experience is it for me. I called two days before my scheduled appointment that I wasn't able to make. Left a voice mail stating I was wanted to reschedule my appointment. No one called back so I called to rescheduled and was told that I called the wrong office when I left the voice mail. So therefore I would be charged a $50 dollar no show fee before I could reschedule.

She is the only psychiatrist that has been able to get the right combination of medications for me. Every other psychiatrist has become frustrated and just kept me on the same medications, telling me to give it more time or finally changing the medication with little or no benefit. Over the years, there have been times that 2 or 3 medications had to be changed and new ones tried. She was available to listen when one had terrible side effects. I recommend her to anyone in need of a psyiachiatrist

Worth the wait. A little tough to get a hold of the busy office, but they will bend over backwards to help you out for an emergency appointment or medication refills or if you need insurance help they do their very best to fix any problems you have. I've had all 3. Dr. Tyson takes her time with me at every appointment. I appreciate not being thrown out of the office once my time is up like my previous Dr.

Dr. Tyson is a very professional healthcare giver. She is kind and knowledgeable . Dr. Tyson works extremely hard to understand her patients to address their needs. I know many people she has helped tremendously getting their lives in order. She is very easy to talk with and has a great heart. I have known her professionally for over seven years.

I've been a patient with Dr. Tyson for over two years. It took me time to warm up to her, but I grew to be comfortable with how she practices. Unfortunately, as much as I like Dr. Tyson, I can't recommend her practice. It's nearly impossible to get in contact with either of her two offices. It's a common occurrence that the voicemail boxes are full, and messages frequently go unanswered. When you finally get through, the staff makes you feel like you're merely an interruption in their day.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They will not answer the phone. Nobody is ever there. They will not call you back and then once you make an appointment they will cancel it the day before and try and reschedule you for two weeks later AND try and charge you for a cancellation fee. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR

Nobody ever answers the phone at her office. You can't leave a message because the voice mail is always full. Won't refill meds until you come to the office but you can't come to the office because nobody ever answers the phone. It used to be much better but has recently hit rock bottom. Poor poor poor.

The office never answers or returns phone calls. Dr. Tyson prescribed meds by phone without seeing me for six straight months changing medications each month. Some meds required medical testing before starting them and no test were performed. Scary way to run a psychiatry practice.
