The Best!!
My long-time partner changed PCP several years ago and just happened to get Dr Rutledge. I accompanied my partner on her medical appointments and was so favorably impressed with Dr Rutledge that I chose Dr Rutledge as my PCP as well. On a typical visit Dr Rutledge has given me 30-45 minutes. She readily answers questions. She is personable and professional - the best PCP I have ever had.

Not a Good experience....Came in on December 23rd..... bad cold. I was sent home with few if any tests done, I had advanced case of Walking Pneumonia that was Painfully Obvious to another Urgent Care Physician soon after. Blood test, Lung Capacity, Throat Cultures, all those tests were done to quickly diagnose my condition. Way to be thorough Dr. Rutledge! $165.00 fee....what a bargain!
