Dr. Penner misdiagnosed my child with a psychiatric disorder when in reality she ended up having a severe gastrointestinal disorder. She was very rude when meeting with my child ,and my child now suffers from PTSD from the whole experience with Dr. Penner. I would not recommend taking your child to this provider.
