Don’t bother scheduling with them, find another Dr
I thought I did thorough research by scheduling an appointment to be seen by this doctor since they have such glowing reviews online. I scheduled an appointment in February 2024 for the earliest availability April 22nd. I followed the instructions to start a new my chart account. On the day of my appointment which I had to schedule time off of work for I called the office in the morning to make sure they had my registration information on file. Apparently my appointment was canceled on March 13th and the doctor wouldn’t be available again until July. The receptionist said someone sent a MYCHART message advising of this. I don’t believe this to be true because if that were the case then I would’ve received an email alerting me of the new message. Someone should’ve called and maybe I could’ve made another appointment to be seen by a doctor go address ongoing health issues. They are apathetic time wasters. How can a doctor have such great reviews with such a horrible office staff???

Dr. Anne Cole is one of the best provider, she always cares for my well being. Before she met with me , always reviewed my test results to discuss them with me. She is compassionate and enjoys her career.
