Dr. Anne Kristensen, MD

She has taken care of me for 30 years. Kind and she listens to you. I wouldn't go to anyone else except Dr Festenese in the same office and who is Awesome too!

Went looking for a new family physician after my old one misdiagnosed me and turned in false claims to Medicare for medical issues that they never treated or even told me of. Dr Kristensen's office is close to my residence and she was accepting new patients, so I made an appointment. Best family doctor I've ever had! She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She listens well, asks questions, and treats you like you're her only patient of the day. Her assistant, Melissa, follows up on referrals and prescriptions without delay, and phones me within 24 hours to let me know status of any request that I have made. I'm actually healthier than I have been in years because of her insight and experience. Highly recommended!

Doctor K. Is one of the best out here in Las Vegas. Unfortunately her employee millisa is the worst she will deliberately not inform the doctor about any a patients asks her to relay and will got out of her way to spread lies about a patient as well as open discussions of patients records and if you are a chronic pain patient just know you will all way be treated like a drug addict regardless of what medications you are on the medical board will hear of this so that proper care can be provided for future patients.

Talks very fast and will basically prescribe you whatever you ask for. Takes over a month to see the actual doctor. My family has been going to her for years, and her staff has been consistently rude and unaccommodating. During my recent and last visit, I was told to reschedule my appointment even though I showed up on time because I was waiting to be sent images of my insurance card as the one I had on my person was unbeknownst to me inactive. The receptionist spoke to me in a clearly annoyed manner, rolled her eyes at me several times, and I was not allowed into my appointment. As a long-time patient who struggles with mental health, this is nothing short of disturbing. And seeing as the majority of her clientele are senior citizens, I’m hard pressed to believe they all receive the same cut-and-dry treatment. It’s clear Anne Kristensen only cares about getting patients in and out. Hope to see her out of practice soon.

I think she's fabulous I recently was in a car accident and I want to get in quick..So they gave me her associate his name is Michael and he got me all my referrals really fast... I've been in that office several times and great care..including her staff!

First time visit: She seems very kind, actively listens and explains so as we can understand. Glad we have found Dr. Kristensen. We have been to other doctors in our group and were very very disappointed. She seems to care which is a novelty these days. Her medical assistant also very nice. Office staff calm and pleasant. Our search is over.

Dr Kristensen is a very caring and helpful doctor my sister and I we've been seeing her for many years she listens to you and she recommends the right medications and the right tests for you I highly recommend Dr Kristensen to every one.. Her nurse Melissa is wonderful and professional.

Dr. ANN Kristensen is an awesome doctor. She's caring and always helpful. She has a special knack for really listening to you and really understanding you. I had to change insurance companies. Without even knowing which company I had changed to, the office staff very rudely told me that they would not accept ANY insurance that complied with the new law. I did my homework, and the new insurance I will be getting would be paying them the same amount as they are getting now so this wasn't a matter of money. They chose politics over health care. Dr. K always explains everything needed. She has been our Doc for years and I would never change. Being a 60ish male, she is always very professional with me.
