Best find another office
Office manager (her husband) is rude and incompetent and unprofessional. I made two calls in a year to make an appointment for non-urgent concerns and instead of being able to make an appointment, he told me to go to urgent care. He is not a health care professional though I am, and I knew my concerns could be taken care of without going to urgent care. What is the point of having a doctor when the fool answering the phone won't allow for appointments? He also became belligerent when I mentioned he did not follow through with doing something he said he would. Find yourself another doctor like I did and save yourself the trouble with this office.

I have no complaints about Dr. Grady. This was my first appointment. I had a short wait in the waiting room, and another short wait in the exam room--total about 10 minutes. My meeting with the doctor ultimately lasted about 50 minutes, during which she addressed every issue I raised, responding in a patient, caring manner.

I prefer doctors that care about their patients and she didn’t seem to. I felt like she brushed off my concerns. I won’t be going back again. Don’t waste your time. Find a dr that cares.

Right doc for you if you have unlimited time to wait at appointments, won't question her and you have unlimited funds to pay for transferring your medical records once you decided she's not the doc for you. Receptionist, Keven is rude. Had to wait routinely over 45 minutes, even though had appointments. MY last visit appointment was at 1:00 p.m. was taken promptly to an exam room. Did not see the doc until over 1 1/2 HOURS later!!! Don't question her. She told me that she was giving me the lowest dose of a med. I had a bad reaction, asked the pharmacy and they had a lower dose! The doc was not happy with me, so told me to quit taking the med, instead of giving me the lower dose. She's just a I'm right don't question me kind of person. So, decided to find another primary care. Dr. Grady's office wants more than 83 cents a page to forward the medical records she has for me for seven visits over approx 16 months. Other practices do not charge for this
