I saw her 2 times and then she retired, she missed a lot of my illnesses because there were no indicators. I was sent to PT instead of getting x-rays. I think she would have been a very good doctor but I did not get much of a chance. I get a new doctor and they let me know the whole time she was retiring. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Cath

Dr. Cath is one of the rudest doctors I have met. She has been my primary care physician for a few years, and I have never had a good experience with her or the office staff. Dr. Cath's bedside manner is very poor, and she does not seem to listen/care about what I have to say. She accused me of lying about a medical issue I had. When I have called the office to ask questions, I have been hung up on several times, and trying to get any information from them is like pulling teeth.

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Dr Cath who has been my doctor for several years. She and her staff were very friendly and professional. I saw her for my semi-annual checkup and she was very thorough reviewing my health history, prescriptions and new concerns. We had a casual conversation talking about our dogs and future travel plans. She was genuinely interested in my care and well-being. She got me through a very tough time and I am grateful.

The office staff is VERY rude except for a few girls in the back. Dr Cath doesn't seem interested in your complaints and doesn't give much of an answer when I ask her questions. VERY unhappy about the services received from her and her staff.

She seems knowledgable, but has very poor social skills. Some may appreciate her approach, but I find her abrasive, almost rude. I saw her a few times before finally being able to get switched over to Dr. Pardo. They are like night and day; I wish Memorial would better match the doctors & staff they put together. Pardo truly listens & acts accordingly, while Cath barely lets you speak before judging. She always acts like your problems are imaginary. Easy to get an appt since most avoid her.

I have been receiving care from Dr. Cath for over 2 years. Dr. Cath has been very thorough on on all my visits. She reviewed my record, labs, and diagnosis. She ensured I receive referrals and mammograms, colonoscopy, and bone density scans. She has provided me outstanding care. Two of my friends see her and feel the same. We feel fortunate to have her as our doctor.

Called to verify insurance accepted at this MD's office... Rep was very rude and stated, "no, we don't take that", even though it's listed on the website.. That information should probably be changed...

very professional and not at all friendly, or as if she cared . Like she was dissing me all the time, nothing was explained about visit, got meds only know what 2 of 3 are for I did call back for explanation but my fault was interrupted by 2 emergency calls. Its like she was disgusted by my lack of medical attention and scoffed at it
